The Tulameen Ochre Bluffs are part of a stunning cultural landscape in the territory
of the Upper Similkameen people of southern B.C. The ochre source nurtured a 4000-year
long artistic tradition expressed in nearby pictographs. The bluffs are located near
the confluence of the Similkameen and Tulameen Rivers, and are part of the Similkameen
Spirit Trail National Historic Site of Canada.
